Welcome to the Windham Early Childhood Center. Windham Public Schools is committed to providing high quality family centered programming for the very youngest children of our town. We are able to offer an array of services, through the support of state and federal funding, to Windham families. Whether you are looking for a preschool program for your child, adult education for yourself, home based services or full day care for infant and toddlers we may have a program that meets your needs. All of our programs are staffed by highly qualified professionals who understand the importance of the family in the educational experience.

In the Windham Early Childhood Center, parents, teachers, and children work together to create a quality environment for each child and family. We view young children as active learners who gain knowledge and skills through play and interaction with the environment. We respect individual strengths, needs, abilities, and learning styles, and are committed to a multicultural, anti-bias atmosphere.

Applications can be picked up in the Early Childhood Center at 123 Quarry St., Willimantic. Applications are accepted year round. If no seats are available students will be placed on a waiting list.
